Agency appointments are established for agencies that want to engage in an ongoing business relationship. Prospective agencies are required to complete our "Confidential Agency Profile" in order to determine whether a business relationship is a good fit for both you and The Insurance Professionals, Inc.
To be considered for an agency appointment, please print the Confidential Agency
Profile
and fax it along with the following documents:
- Errors & Omission Declaration Page
- Copy of your Agency License
- Copy(s) of Agent’s License (all agents who will be submitting business)
Please send all completed information to our Licensing Compliance Department, attention to Lisa Giosa.
If your agency is located in Nevada, there is an additional Agent/Agency
Licensing Appointment Request Information Form that must be completed so that a resident agent from your office can be appointed to countersign the policies for your agency. You can also download this document. Please do not request appointment in Nevada if you do not have a resident license.
